TARIFFS
The house is available at the following prices
per day for up to 4 guests:
- From 3rd January to 29th March 2012€ 110.00
- From 30th March to 15th April 2012€ 130.00
- From 16th April to 14th December 2012€ 110.00
- From 20th December 2012 to 6th January 2013€ 130.00
- From 13th January to 22nd March 2013€ 110.00
- From 23rd March to 07th April 2013€ 130.00
- From 8th April to 13th December 2013€ 110.00
- For each additional adult (per day)€ 10.00
- For each additional child up to age 12 (per day)€ 5.00
TERMS
- 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking
- Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, including security deposit
- Monies to be paid by bank transfer (costs are client's responsibility)
- A weekly linen change will be provided for longer stays
- The minimum stay is 7 nights
- The maximum stay is 28 days
- Please note: currently Casa del Limonero can sleep a total of 6 guests
- For the Christmas /New year periods from 2012 and beyond, there will be a minimum booking period of 10 days from 21st December
